Being a keen amateur showjumper I would like to give something back to the sport that has given me so much fun over the last two years. With this in mind I have decided to sponsor the Amateur Grand Prix at Silverspring Charity Horse Show, being held at Silverspring farm, Ballycogley, Co. Wexford. First prize will be a painting of the winning horse to the value of 550 euro! I'm sure you'll agree that this is a great prize. I will be there on the day and will take pictures of the winner, and the finished painting will be presented at the Amateur Riders' Ball to be held in Newpark Hotel, Co. Kilkenny on the 30th of October. I will post pictures of the winner on the website, and when it is done I'll take a photo of the painting so you can all judge whether I got a true likeness of it.
